Anne-Marie Adkins provides individual coaching to accelerate your personal growth and success during and after your Course. Coaching is like ‘glue’; it helps the skills and knowledge you gained from training ‘to stick’ long after the training is over and, overall, will enhance your effectiveness in the workplace.

Anne-Marie, accredited with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), has been coaching since 2003. She has undertaken many coaching, mentoring and training contracts within the Recruitment, Sporting, Energy, Insurance, Financial Planning, Architectural, Food and Wine Industries.

Prior to coaching she spent 18 years in the Recruitment Industry assisting clients and candidates in the Financial Services Industry. Her own recruitment business, based in Collins Street, serviced high profile clients; including major Corporates, Investment and Retail Banks, Funds Management and Stockbroking firms.

Anne-Marie’s philosophy is based on the concept that ‘Change Starts From Within’. Working with proven methodology from Results Coaching Systems, combined with NLP techniques, Anne-Marie will help you move forward and overcome any obstacles that are getting in your way.

With her warmth, sense of humour and warehouse of tools to help you get there, Anne-Marie will empower you to reach your potential at work or in Life.

In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit with Yoga and Pilates and having fun with her family and friends.
